職位描述
1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement
確保產品的開發和交付符合公司的標準以及客戶的要求
2. Prepare BMS testing system.
負責設計電池管理系統的驗證系統。
3. Lead and Develop Electronic Board Qualification
指導BMS產品的驗證和應用。
4. Prepare Electronic Product Specification
準備電子產品說明書
5. Responsible to lead the Electronic Product Design Review
負責領導電子產品設計評審
6. Responsible of cost estimation for new board development
負責新板開發的成本估算
Other Duties:
1. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and action plan issuing
ECN（工程變更通知）實施行動計劃發布
2. Responsible for Electronic Technical Support to other department
負責其他部門的電子技術支持
任職要求
1. Fluent English reading and writing, speaking ability is better.
有英文讀寫能力，口語流利者優先。
2. Bachelor degree or above on electronic engineering，2 years working experience.
工程學士學位以上學歷, 2年的工作經歷。
3. Good understanding of BMS .
對電池管理系統有比較深刻的理解。
4. Good understanding of analog electronic: Signal measurement, sensor, communication (Smbus, CAN, RS485、SPI、IIC)
熟悉模擬電子信號測量、傳感器、通信（SMBus、CAN、RS485、SPI、IIC）
5. Ability on small BMS testing system design.
具備小電池BMS測試系統的設計能力。
6. Effective communication skill
良好的溝通能力
