崗位職責
Summary:
- Mechanical design for ceiling fan.
- Technical issue solving.
- Small team leader.
Overview and Responsibilities：
1. New product design 3D and 2D with Creo in Windchill according to industrial design output, safety standard and company standardization. Ensure product design quality, cost optimization and on time delivery.
2. To be small team leader and ensure team performance. Coordinate with U.S. team on working plan and schedule, design concept and drawing finalizing. Conduct design input review, design output review and manufacturing design review.
3. Participate in new product development. Work with factory and U.S. team to analyze, propose and solve technical issues. Ensure new project goes into mass production stage smoothly.
4. Review and handle engineering change request.
5. Technical support to sourcing, quality, factories and other departments.
任職要求
Special Qualifications or Skills:
1. Mechanical Engineering education background, Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of new product design and development experience. With working experience on home appliance is preferred. Minimum 3 years of team management experience. Plus project management experience is preferred.
3. Proficient in product design, Creo modeling, engineering drawing and stack-up. Familiar with material specification, tooling structure, process for sheet metal, plastic, die casting, etc. Familiar with assembly layout and customer experience.
4. Good team management, project management, cross team coordination and communication skill. Good issue analysis and solving skill.
5. High enthusiasm for career. Work effectively and hardly to achieve objective. Team work spirit. Consistently attempts to expand job knowledge and improve ability.
6. Good reading and written English. Oral ability is preferred.
